About me

Tolulope Adebile is a PhD candidate in Epidemiology at Penn State College of Medicine. She holds an MPH in Biostatistics, an MSc in Food Technology, and a BSc in Food Science and Technology.

Her work lies at the intersection of nutrition, sleep, and chronic disease epidemiology, with a particular focus on how everyday systems and structural constraints shape health outcomes after disease onset. Using advanced statistical and machine-learning methods, she investigates the effects of dietary patterns and sleep characteristics on morbidity and mortality, with an emphasis on health equity.

Through her research, Tolulope aims to improve understanding of how food access, sleep, and broader environmental factors influence disease burden and survival, particularly among populations experiencing inequities. She is proficient in SAS, R, and Microsoft Office.
